The Arizona Behavioral Health Associates, P.C. provides several services to our clients that assist with legal matters.

Court-Ordered Therapy

This includes individual, couples, or family therapy that is court-ordered, court-mandated, or recommended by a judge.

Qualified Expert Witness

Della S. Lusk, Ph.D. is a qualified expert witness in the state of Arizona.

Parent Coordination/Reunification Therapy

Della S. Lusk, Ph.D. provides parent coordination services for the Coconino County Integrated Family Court. Our office also provides reunification therapy.

Rollercoasters Program | Coconino County Integrated Family Court

This program, for children of divorced parents that equips children with tools to cope with the changes in their families. The program is recommended  by the Integrated Family Court of the Coconino County Superior Court. Our therapists are trained and experienced in facilitating the Rollercoasters program, which is offered twice per year.

Psychological Evaluations

Della S. Lusk, Ph.D. is a court-approved evaluator for Coconino, Maricopa, and Navajo Counties. She provides private, comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals. Treatment programs required by Flagstaff Courts & Other Courts are also available.

Arizona State Board of Nursing Evaluations

Della S. Lusk, Ph.D. provides neuropsychological, psychologicial and mental health & substance abuse evaluations as recommended by the Arizona Board of Nursing.

Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Evaluations

Della S. Lusk, Ph.D. provides mental health and substance abuse evaluations recommended by the AZBBHE.

Substance Abuse Evaluations

We provide private, court-mandated, and court-recommended substance abuse evaluations.

Psychoeducational Evaluations

We provide private and school-contracted psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services and the least restrictive environment for students according to Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Americans with Disabilities (ADA) regulations. We offer advocacy services to students, parents and guardians experiencing difficulties in various educational settings.
